Images can only be used in conjunction with promoting Cool Dingo tours and cannot be used for the promotion of Fraser Island only. OPEN DATED VOUCHERS Don't miss out on your commission if your clients don't want to be bound to specific dates - offer them an ‘Open Dated Voucher'. This allows you to pre-book and voucher their Cool Dingo Tour without committing to dates. Your clients then contact us direct to reconfirm their travel dates... they just need to call 1800 072 555, 72 hours prior to their chosen departure date. PAYMENT DETAILS Agent to take full payment if credit approval has been granted, or a deposit from the clients at the time of booking (based on standard commission). Client to pay balance of monies to Kingfisher Reception on arrival. Where credit approval has not been granted, full prepayment will be required 7 days prior to travel. Agent to issue a travel voucher for date of travel, or an Open Dated Voucher if requested. All rates quote are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). The National Park Permit Levy (includes administration fees) is non-commissionable and payable direct by the client. The Levy is payable on arrival by cash or credit card. Moneydirect payments can be made to Kingfisher Bay Resort, Moneydirect code: KBRV All monies to be direct deposited into the KBRV Resort Operations Pty Ltd nominated bank account, and payment advice faxed to Accounts on (61 7) 3221 3270 or emailed to kbrv_debtors@kingfisherbay.com CANCELLATION POLICY "No Shows" or bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure will receive no refund. Bookings cancelled between 24hrs and 48hrs prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
